ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Fire Department declared a second alarm for a fire on Tuesday morning. The Rochester Fire Department received multiple calls around 6:30 a.m. about smoke from the unoccupied Trinity Inter-Faith Church. Crews found most of the flames on the lower floors of the three-story building. The second alarm for additional resources was called due to the size of the fire and weather conditions. The fire was declared under control by 7:30 a.m. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
