Man arrested for vandalizing fallen officers' memorial in Fall River

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WWLP) - Fall River police say they're trying to get help for a man accused of vandalizing the fallen officers' memorial Sunday morning.
Lynn man pleads guilty to cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine possession
The Fall River Police Department says 29-year-old Lim Rodrigues suffers from "severe mental health challenges." Yellow spray paint was used to vandalize the statue and granite memorial stone on January 4th at 11:30 a.m.
Rodrigues will be charged accordingly, but the police department's focus will now make sure he gets the appropriate care and support to address his mental health needs.
