PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) -- One man is dead after a shooting Monday night on Calvin Street, police said. According to police, officers were called to the 10 block of Calvin Street at 11:23 p.m. for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived to the scene and found an unresponsive man in a crashed vehicle. The man, later identified as 36-year-old Brent Andre Hargraves, was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
