PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY)-- Police in Portsmouth are investigating a Monday night shooting. According to police, officers were called to the 10 block of Calvin Street at 11:23 p.m. for the report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Police say his injuries are life-threatening. The investigation is ongoing.
