FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - An investigation is underway after a yellow buggy was believed to be intentionally set on fire in Fresno Monday afternoon, the Fresno Fire Department announced.
Firefighters report around 1:30 p.m. they responded to the 4100 block of north Polk Avenue for a report of a car fire.
Upon arrival, responding crews reported a yellow Volkswagen Bug consumed by flames. The fire was quickly extinguished before it could reach the surrounding property.
No injuries were reported, however, investigators say the fire was intentionally set and are working to identify any potential suspects.
