PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Detectives are asking for the public's help identifying a person of interest in an ongoing homicide investigation. Surveillance footage released Monday shows the person of interest walking near where 49-year-old Keith Singleton was shot and killed in Providence. (Courtesy: Providence Police Department) (Courtesy: Providence Police Department) Officers found Singleton off of Monticello Street back in November suffering from several gunshot wounds. SEE ALSO: Suspect sought in Providence’s 11th homicide of the year Singleton was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Investigators believe Singleton was targeted.
