As a result, Diaz's unseatbelted front passenger, identified by the coroner as 28-year-old Michelle Lawrence of Fresno died after being transported to a local hospital. Officials say a nine-year-old girl was seated behind Lawrence and she was transported to a local hospital with major injuries.
