(KRON) – The fourth Mendocino Farms location is coming to San Jose. Mendocino Farms said it is opening 15 stores this year and one will be in San Jose’s Westgate Center.  Per Mendocino Farms’ website, the eatery is a “fast-casual restaurant” known for being for “turning sandwiches, salads and more into an unexpected culinary adventure.” Bay Area taqueria chain closes after 15 years The company’s CEO Kevin Miles said, “With the newest San Jose location, we’re excited to continue deepening our investment in this community and making hearts and stomachs happy.”   The sandwich spot encourages patrons to have a My Mendo account and select NorCal-Westgate Center as their favorite location, where the restaurant said users will get a free entree.  The newest San Jose Mendocino Farms, located at 1696 Saratoga Ave. #94, is set to open on  Monday, Jan. 13.
