TOPEKA (KSNT) - Kansas is feeling the impact of a major winter storm at the start of the week that dumped large amounts of snow in many areas. 27 News Chief Stormtrack Meteorologist Matt Miller reported on Jan. 5 that many parts of northeast Kansas experienced high snowfall amounts during a powerful winter storm.
