Remi is described as a 7-month-old male golden retriever, weighing approximately 50 pounds, with a red coat. He was last seen wearing a red collar with white bones on it and dragging a leash. Police believe Remi may be frightened and could be tangled up somewhere.
Authorities are asking residents to remain vigilant and contact the West Springfield Police Department at 413-263-3210 Ext. 0 immediately if they see him.
Community members have also advised against calling Remi by his name, as this might scare him further.
