PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Two students were on board a school bus in Portsmouth when it was rear-ended Monday morning. One student was transported to the hospital from the scene for further evaluation.   (WAVY viewer photo - Guy Brunell) Bus 247 from I.C. Norcom High School was rear-ended at Rodman Avenue and Turnpike Road. Families of both students were contacted directly by the school's administration, according to a spokesperson from the school division.
