NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — A man was hurt after a shooting Saturday in Newport News, police said. Around 10:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 0 block of Langhorne Road in reference to a shooting. Shortly after, police were informed that a man had walked into a local hospital with gunshot wounds. It was determined that the injuries were a result of the shooting. The victim is in stable condition and the investigation is ongoing.
