In a news conference held on Sunday, Jan. 5, agents released a video taken using Meta glasses as Jabbar rode a bike through the French Quarter.
During the ride, the glasses captured Jabbar heading down Bourbon Street past unsuspecting residents and tourists. He then rode down a side street until making his way to Canal Street.
At 1:53 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, security cameras throughout the quarter captured Jabbar leaving a cooler containing IEDs at the corner of Bourbon and St. Peters streets but was moved by tourists to Orleans Street.
From there, FBI agents said around 2:20 a.m., Jabbar was seen walking down Governor Nicholls Street to retrieve the second cooler containing an IED which was planted at the corner of Bourbon and Toulouse Street.
