MARINETTE, Wis. (WFRV) - A 43-year-old Appleton woman was arrested Monday afternoon for her fourth operating while intoxicated (OWI) offense, with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle. According to the Wisconsin State Patrol Northeast Region Fond du Lac Post, the incident occurred shortly after 12:45 p.m. when a state trooper initiated a traffic stop for a speeding violation.
