COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– You can celebrate 2025 by adopting a furry friend! The City of Columbia Animal Services is having New Year’s adoption special. All adoptions are one dollar for the entire month of January. The shelter is open Monday through Friday from 12pm-5pm and Saturday from 9am-4pm.
