(PUEBLO, Colo.) — In mid-2025 a new restaurant chain that specializes in breakfast and Southern-style food will be coming to Pueblo. Bojangles is a Carolina-based restaurant started in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has since grown to 800 locations in 17 states. Bojangles said its legendary food is made from scratch and served with a friendly smile. "Fans from all over know Bojangles for our popular tagline – "It’s Bo Time!"...
