CLAXTON, Ga. (WSAV) – A weekend house fire has left an Evans County family displaced. Saturday morning, Evans County Fire and Rescue responded to the home with heavy smoke and flames visible. Crews worked quickly to extinguish the blaze. We pray for the displaced family," Evans County Fire and Rescue posted on social media. The displaced family has two small boys who are about four years old, Fire and Rescue said.
