Tip leads to arrest of A.G's Most Wanted, 3 fugitives added to list

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - An anonymous tip led to the arrest of a fugitive on Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted list and three more fugitives have been added.

According to the Attorney General's Office, Detroit Police recently arrested 55-year-old Virginia Hubbard. She is accused of neglecting a woman she was hired to care for in Tulsa County. She left Oklahoma and was believed to be in Michigan, and a tip led investigators to her location.

“Thanks to the vigilance of an anonymous tipster and swift action by law enforcement, we have apprehended someone accused of a horrific crime,” Drummond said. “Working with our partners at the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office and the Detroit Police Department, we've taken another alleged predator off our streets and will ensure she faces the consequences of her actions.”
Following Hubbard's arrest, three more people have been added to the Most Wanted list.

Sau Tau Liu, 58, also known as James or Jim Liu. In November 2023, he was indicted for trafficking marijuana. There is a reward up to $2,000 for information leading to his arrest.
Donovan Tyler Ray, 33, is wanted for rape and failure to register as a sex offender in Atoka County. He is considered a violent sex predator. There is a reward up to $3,000 for information leading to his arrest.
Michael Christopher Marlow, 43, is accused of causing a deadly crash in 2022 in Cotton County. Police say he crossed the center median and hit another car head-on, causing it to roll and catch fire. He had methamphetamines in his blood system at the time. There is a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest.
