PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) -- Two students were on board a school bus in Portsmouth when it was rear-ended on Monday morning. Bus 247 from I.C. Norcom High School was rear-ended at Rodman and Turnpike. Families of both students were contacted directly by the school's administration, according to a spokesperson from the school district. One student was transported to the hospital from the scene for further evaluation.
