Previous Coverage: Publix coming to Isle of Wight County The Publix Super Market located at 22449 Spadea Way in Carrollton has a scheduled grand opening for Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 7 a.m. The Florida-based store is over 48,000 square feet and expected to employ around 140 associates. The store currently has three other locations in Hampton Roads including Suffolk, Virginia Beach and Williamsburg.
