2 men, juvenile charged in home shooting, police chase that ended in PIT maneuver in WinstonSalem

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Two adults and one juvenile are facing charges after a home shooting and police chase in Winston-Salem on Thursday.
At around 9:10 a.m. on Thursday, police came to the 2700 block of East Sprague Street after getting a report of shots fired into an occupied home.
Officers confirmed that a shooting had taken place and that nobody was injured once they arrived at the scene.
Investigators say that unidentified suspects in a BMW fired shots into the home before driving away from the scene.
Police later located the suspect vehicle in the area of Ardmore Road and Old Salisbury Road and attempted to pull the car over. The driver failed to heed lights and sirens and a brief chase began.
The chase ended on the 2200 block of Pope Road after officers used a PIT maneuver to safely bring the BMW to a stop. Everyone inside the suspect vehicle was taken into custody without incident.
Two guns were recovered from the car and no one was injured as a result of the chase.
On Monday, police revealed the identities of the two men charged in connection with the shooting and chase; Anthony Deon Butler, Jr, 21, of Winston-Salem, and Mark Anthony Worthy, 21, of Winston-Salem.

Butler is being charged with the following:
Felony Possession of a Firearm by a Felon
Four counts of felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon with the Intent to Kill
Felony Discharge a Weapon into an Occupied Dwelling
Misdemeanor Discharging a Firearm from within an Enclosure
Misdemeanor Discharge a Firearm from Within City Limits
He is being held without bond.
Worthy is being charged with the following:
Felony Firearm by Felon
Felony Kidnapping
Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana
He was given a secured bond of $510,000.
Police say that there will be additional charges coming in the future. There is no word as to what the juvenile is being charged with in this case.
