PHILADELPHIA, PA — Goats at Philadelphia’s Awbury arboretum enjoyed snacking on Christmas trees on Sunday. The Christmas “Tree-cycle” festival is in its seventh year. It’s an environmentally friendly way to dispose of Christmas trees — and as you can see, the goats enjoy the tasty treat. What the goats don’t eat is turned into wood chips for trails in city parks and community gardens around Philadelphia.
