This includes the ambulatory outpatient centers and urgent care centers. The physical and occupational therapy and phlebotomy labs at the hospital are also closed. Outpatient testing will open at 10 a.m. for scheduled tests and all scheduled surgeries and procedures will proceed as planned.8:45 a.m.After about five hours, a semi that crashed on I-71/75 NB at the Cut in the Hill has been cleared from the roadway. Those under a Level 2 emergency are urged to limit travel to essential, life-sustaining activities only. 12:31 a.m.Clermont County is under a Level 2 snow emergency. This means drivers in the county are urged to limit travel to only essential, life-sustaining activities. 11 p.m. Almost every county in the Tri-State is under some type of snow emergency, with several across Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky under Level 3 or RED emergencies. 10:44 p.m.Highland County is under a level 3 snow emergency. All roadways are restricted to emergency personnel. 10:30 p.m. The southbound lanes of I-71 are open again after a roughly 7-hour backup due to a cluster of semi-trucks stuck in the snow and ice at the on-ramp to the Brent Spence Bridge. 10 p.m. Rumpke has suspended all trash and recycling services on Monday. Services will resume Tuesday, Jan. 7, and Rumpke will operate on a one-day delay the rest of the week. 9:45 p.m. Multiple counties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana are under Level 3 or RED snow emergencies. These are the most severe of the snow emergency levels, and roadways are restricted to emergency personnel.9:10 p.m. Several counties have upgraded their snow emergencies this evening as snow becomes heavier, including Butler County. Motorists on I-75 North are able to bypass the crash by taking Exit 144 and then continuing straight at the stop sign to the I-75 northbound on-ramp. 4:45 p.m.A massive backup continues along southbound I-71 across Fort Washington Way due to a cluster of stuck semi-trucks on the on-ramp to the Brent Spence Bridge. The backup has stretched through the Lytle Tunnel and up the southbound lanes of I-71 by the Hard Rock Casino. 4:10 p.m. The backup from I-71 southbound on Fort Washington Way to the Brent Spence Bridge continues as several semi-trucks remain stuck on the on-ramp. 4:05 p.m.UC Health has canceled all outpatient appointments and surgeries set for Monday. UC Medical Center and West Chester Hospital are remaining open for emergency services. 3:55 p.m.Cincinnati Public Schools has announced it will be closed Monday. Snow is falling at a rate of 1 inch per hour as it moves toward the Cincinnati metro area. As this continues, visibility will continue to be impacted alongside road conditions. 2:15 p.m. Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones announced that he's opening up the county's Emergency Operations Center for the duration of the winter storm. 2 p.m.Kenton County increased its snow emergency from a Level 1 to a Level 2. This means drivers in the county are urged to limit travel to only essential activities. Butler County and Hamilton County in Ohio have also implemented Level 1 snow emergencies, asking drivers to use caution while traveling. 1 p.m.Several Tri-State counties, mostly in Northern Kentucky, have issued snow emergencies. The snow emergencies in Northern Kentucky come after Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear declared a state of emergency Saturday in preparation for the storm. As of 1 p.m., Kenton County, Grant County and Boone County are under a Level 1 snow emergency. Campbell County, Gallatin County and Dearborn County, Indiana are under Level 2 emergencies. Drivers under Level 1 emergencies are asked to use caution due to hazardous road conditions. Those under a Level 2 emergency are urged to limit travel to essential, life-sustaining activities only.
