CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A Clovis man was arrested Friday after being suspected of touching a minor, the Clovis Police Department announced. Police say 26-year-old Filimon Villegas allegedly inappropriately touched a child he knew personally in a Clovis home in July 2024. Investigators say the incident was reported to Fresno Police in October 2024 and then turned over to Clovis Police in November 2024. On Jan. 3, 2025, officers say Villegas was arrested in Clovis on suspicion of one felony count of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14 and sexual battery.
