CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 South is causing lane closures in Chesterfield Sunday evening. The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) reported at 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5 that all lanes are closed near West Hundred Road (VA-10) at mile market 61 due to a tractor-trailer crash.
