Bismarck Police Department changes hours for offender registration

BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — The new year comes with new hours for the Bismarck Police Department's services. As of January 1, the Bismarck Police Department says they'll have new offender registration hours. This means that from Monday through Friday, offenders can only register from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Authorities say that hours will change during the holidays.
