(KRON) – The California Highway Patrol has issued an Ebony Alert for 13-year-old Lamonte Hardman.  Lamonte was last seen around 10 a.m. on Jan. 2  Photo: Lamonte Hardman Police looking for missing man last seen near Kaiser Fremont He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black crocks near Mateo Street and 162nd Avenue in San Leandro.  Lamonte is 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds, according to CHP. Lamonte has black hair and brown eyes.
