FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) -- Fall River police have arrested a man in connection to the vandalism of the Fallen Officers' Memorial on Sunday. Courtesy: Fall River Police Department Police said the suspect, 29-year-old Lim Rodrigues, suffers from "severe mental health challenges" at this time. Around 11:30 a.m., yellow spray paint was used to vandalize the statue and granite memorial stone, according to police. Rodrigues will be charged accordingly, police said, but their focus will now make sure Rodrigues gets the appropriate care and support to address the issues. Close Thanks for signing up!
