BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A tornado watch is now in effect for West Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge, Pointe Coupee, West Feliciana, East Feliciana, and St. Helena parishes in Louisiana and Pike, Amite, and Wilkinson counties in Mississippi. The Tornado watch continues until 9 p.m., with the threat of severe weather clearing the area completely by 10 p.m. Storms could produce tornadoes, damaging winds, hail, and flooding, so make sure you stay weather-aware throughout the day.
