at We’re Tracking Blizzard warning tonight into Sunday evening Heavy snow likely on Sunday Cold wind chills following the storm A BLIZZARD WARNING is in place until midnight tonight. Expect significant to near impossible travel conditions through Sunday. Be prepared for winter weather and plan ahead. Heavy snow and strong wind could lead to whiteout conditions during the day on Sunday. Several inches of snow is expected especially for those north of I-70. Locally higher amounts are possible. Winds will gust up to 40 mph, causing blowing snow and significantly reducing visibility. Snowfall rates could reach 1 to 2 inches per hour. Please avoid traveling if possible to ensure your safety. Much colder air will move in at the start of next week, bringing single-digit lows with wind chills near 10 to 15 degrees below zero. That cold air lingers through much of next week. This means, anything snow that accumulates today will be sticking around into next week. KSNT Storm Track Ashton Rizzo
