FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department is asking the public for assistance identifying a suspect in the vandalism of the Fallen Officers’ Memorial outside department headquarters. The incident occurred on Jan. 4 around 11:30 a.m. when a person was seen on surveillance video spraying the memorial with yellow spray paint. The suspect was last seen walking north on Fourteenth Street. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call 508-324-2796, leave an anonymous tip at 508-672-TIPS (8477), or send the department a Facebook message.
