(KRON) – A man who has an outstanding warrant for a hit-and-run was caught committing another hit-and-run, said the Fairfield Police Department. Police said Valenzuela-Burgos had an outstanding warrant for a previous hit-and-run. Valenzuela-Burgos was arrested and booked into Solano County Jail for the hit and run, driving without a valid license and his outstanding warrant.
