Snow emergency issued in the City of Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The City of Lincoln issued a snow emergency Saturday evening effective immediately. A snow emergency parking ban was also put into place that will be in effect at midnight, meaning parking is banned on both sides of emergency snow routes, arterial streets, school and bus routes.
