FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A former EACS administrator was arrested months after the incident that led to her retirement. Deborah Watson, 66, was charged and booked into the Allen County Jail on a felony count of maintaining a common nuisance in connection to a raid on her home on Aug. 14, 2024. The Allen County Sheriff’s Department discovered he was allegedly dealing drugs out of the home where Justin and his mother Deborah lived. She was arrested and booked into the Allen County Jail on Saturday, January 4.
