Deborah Watson, former EACS administrator arrested for felony

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A former EACS administrator was arrested months after the incident that led to her retirement.
Deborah Watson, 66, was charged and booked into the Allen County Jail on a felony count of maintaining a common nuisance in connection to a raid on her home on Aug. 14, 2024.

Watson was placed on administrative leave in early August 2024 and then retired just after the arrest of her son Justin Watson. The Allen County Sheriff’s Department discovered he was allegedly dealing drugs out of the home where Justin and his mother Deborah lived.

According to court records, a warrant was issued for her arrest on January 2. She was arrested and booked into the Allen County Jail on Saturday, January 4.
