WILLIAMS COUNTY, ND (KXNET) — Tomorrow marks the year-long anniversary since one Williams County man's disappearance, and authorities are still asking the public for any new information on his whereabouts. His name is Roger Shelton. Authorities say Shelton was last seen at the Black Gold Casino, near the Montana and North Dakota border. Officials say Shelton is believed to have returned to his home west of Williston near Highway 2 and 146th Avenue Northwest. Authorities were able to obtain camera footage that shows two vehicles stopping by Shelton's home on January 6, 2024 between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. The footage shows that one or more individuals may have exited the vehicle briefly before they drove east on Highway 2. Authorities say all of Shelton's belongings were still in his house, and the front door was open. Shelton is 62 years old, has brown eyes and brown hair, and stands 5'5". Shelton has a tattoo on his left arm with an outline of the Pink Panther and the word "roach" written underneath. The reward to find him $50,000.
