Gas leak prompts evacuations in SF’s Outer Richmond area

(KRON) – The San Francisco Fire Department announced a gas leak in the Outer Richmond area on Saturday. At 11:24 a.m., an accidental strike of a gas line leak near 47th Avenue and Balboa Street prompted evacuations, according to the department. The department said there are currently no injuries as of 11:46 a.m. This is a developing story. Stay tuned with KRON4 for updates.
