WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- Authorities around the state are urging drivers to stay home as icing conditions are causing multiple crashes and road closings around the state. The Emergency Accident Reporting Plan (EARP) has been put into place for Wichita and Sedgwick County. If you are involved in a non-injury crash and all vehicles are drivable, you should exchange information and report it at a police substation later. If the crash is in the county, call the Sheriff's Office Squad Room at 316-660-3760. Know before you go: Check Kandrive.gov for road conditions or call 511.
