MANVILLE — The Hamilton West varsity girls’ basketball team stayed hot Saturday when it defeated Manville, 38-21, in non-league play for its fifth consecutive win. Leading, 17-12, at halftime, the Hornets came out of the locker room to outscore the Mustangs, 14-0, in the third quarter to solidify their path to victory and even their season record at 5-5. Hamilton’s 5-foot-10 senior forward Zairra Galloway topped all scorers with 21 points.
