The Rainbow Wahine on the road against Cal Poly on Saturday and grabs the 62-50 win. Hawaii trailed after the 1st quarter 16-13, but came alive in the 2nd quarter as UH scores 19 and only allowed 5 points. The Rainbow Wahine held the Mustangs to 2-15 from the field in that 2nd quarter while UH shot 5-10 from the field and 3-5 from three. In the third quarter, Hawaii and Cal Poly both scoring 12 points in the quarter. Hawaii in the 4th quarter outscored the Mustangs once again and was able to close out the game. The Rainbow Wahine outrebounded Cal Poly 41 to 31 and had 5 blocks to the Mustangs 1. Hawaii improves to 1-2 in conference play.
