WAUSAU, Wis. (WFRV) - A 28-year-old Wisconsin man died from injuries suffered in a two-vehicle crash that occurred on December 30, 2024. According to the Marathon County Sheriff's Office, 28-year-old Elroy Hendrickson of Wausau was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash near the intersection of State Highway 52 and County Road X in Wausau. UPDATE: Situation on Oshkosh’s Oregon Street resolved, one man in custody No other injuries were reported in the incident, as State Highway 52 was closed for about four hours. The release said that the Marathon County Sheriff's Office was notified by the Marathon County Medical Examiner's Office that Hendrickson died from his injuries.
