Crime Stoppers releases 1st Fugitives of the Week of 2025

(PIKES PEAK REGION, Colo.) — The Pikes Peak Area Crimes Stoppers released the first "Fugitives of the Week" roundup for 2025 on Thursday, Jan. 2, featuring people with active warrants from the area.
Luis Arturo Alvarez is a white 22-year-old man who is described as 5'3" tall and 140 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair. He is allegedly wanted for 1st Degree Murder, Violent Crime with a Weapon, Assault, and Illegal Discharge of a Weapon.
Steven Jonathan Barcelona is a 41-year-old white man who is 5'2" tall and 135 lbs. He has brown eyes and brown hair. According to Crime Stoppers, he is wanted for 2nd Degree Murder, Violent Crime Causing Death, Violent Crime Using a Weapon, and Assault.
Demarea Tyrone Cleveland is 18 years old and described as a black man who is 6'2" tall and 160 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair. He is allegedly wanted for Sexual Assault using Force or Drugs, Sexual Assault of a Child (Pattern), Sexual Assault of a Victim under the age of 15, Aggravated Juvenile Offender - Sexual Assault, Burglary, and Felony Menacing.
Terrance Darnell Coleman is a 21-year-old black man who is 5'9" tall and 130 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. Crime Stoppers reported that he is wanted for Felony Menacing, Assault, Child Abuse, Harassment, and Criminal Mischief.
Donald Lemar Lambert Jr. is 24 years old. He is described as a 6' tall and 130 lb. black man with brown eyes and black hair. He is allegedly wanted for Assault - Strangulation, and Harassment.
Manuel De Jesus Perez is a 54-year-old white man who is 5'5" tall and 160 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. According to Crime Stoppers, he is wanted for Sex Assault on a Child by a Person in a Position of Trust, Child Abuse, and Aggravated Sex Offense.
Estanislado Ramirez is a 54-year-old white man who is 5'5" tall and 165 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair. He is allegedly wanted for Assault - Strangulation, Assault, and Harrassment.

Those who wish to remain anonymous can opt not to give their name. Information leading to an arrest could be eligible for up to $1,000 in cash.
