IDENTIFIED: Man killed after being hit by train in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The man killed after being struck by a train in Fresno on Dec. 30 has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner's Office on Friday.
The coroner's office identified the man as 27-year-old Tyler Repp of Fresno. Yourcentralvalley.com was previously informed the man was 20 years old.
On Dec. 30, 2024, officers with the Fresno Police Department say a man and a woman were walking down the train tracks near Shields and Van Ness avenues around 6:15 p.m. when the freight train headed toward them.
No other injuries have been reported regarding this incident. This is an ongoing investigation.
