FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A person was injured after being shot in Fresno on Friday afternoon, police said.
According to the Fresno Police Department, dispatch received a call shortly before 2:10 p.m. regarding a shooting at N. West and W. McKinley avenues in Fresno.
On scene, police say they contacted the victim who had been shot in the upper extremities. Despite being shot, officers say the victim is in stable condition.
The suspect and motive behind the shooting has not yet been released, but the incident is under investigation and updates will be provided as they become available.
