SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Both Bradwell Institute basketball teams defeated Beach Friday. The Boys won in a tight one, overtaking the the Bulldogs with a 55-51 victory. Jaylin Sweat lead the Tigers with 17 points. The Lady Tigers won its matchup in dominant fashion with a 72- 28 victory. Bradwell got off to a fast start and jumped off to a 28-10 lead at the end of the first quarter. They quickly added onto it earning a 48-17 lead at the half enroute to the 72-28 victory. Both the men and women Tigers will take on Liberty County in a rivalry matchup on Jan. 4. The girls tip off at 5:00 p.m. and the boys at 6:30 p.m.
