GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - The Broadway District in Green Bay is set to welcome two new businesses with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 8. Irish Temper, a new pub owned by Tony Wiltgen, will bring the warmth and charm of a traditional Irish pub to the district. Known for his ownership of White Dog, Wiltgen promises a curated drink menu featuring beers, whiskeys, and cocktails. The shop will continue to offer its signature cheesecake flights and cake pops, with an expanded menu now featuring kringle.
