GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - The Broadway District in Green Bay is set to welcome two new businesses with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 8. Irish Temper, a new pub owned by Tony Wiltgen, will bring the warmth and charm of a traditional Irish pub to the district. Known for his ownership of White Dog, Wiltgen promises a curated drink menu featuring beers, whiskeys, and cocktails. Green Bay Rockers release 2025 schedule, home opener set for May 27 Meanwhile, FiveThumbsUp, owned by Jill Schultz, is relocating within the district after previously operating inside The Cannery Test Kitchen. The shop will continue to offer its signature cheesecake flights and cake pops, with an expanded menu now featuring kringle. Attendees are invited inside the businesses to enjoy free cheesecake samples from FiveThumbsUp and homemade Irish stew from Irish Temper. Both businesses will also offer 10% off gift cards purchased during the event.
