The local celebrities enjoyed crab cakes, ice cream, and the “Karen Special.” Our favorite DMV housewives graced our screens over the past few months on Bravo’s ninth season of The Real Housewives of Potomac. In addition to more contentious conversations, viewers watched the ladies frequent local spots for happy hour, brunch, or dinner.
Washingtonians have taken a particular interest in where these pseudo-celebrities meet to eat and drink, getting a glimpse into how they navigate our expansive dining scene — as well as the public spotlight. Cast member Karen Huger’s guilty DUI verdict made national headlines in December, and needless to say, she wasn’t drinking on camera this season.
The reality TV stars visited a swath of fine dining and casual establishments around town, including Virginia cafes in Old Town and Herndon, a newly crowned Michelin-starred restaurant in Shaw, an ax-throwing bar in Ivy City, a new Nigerian restaurant in Laurel, and much more. As this season draws to a close, here’s where the women of Potomac have dined to date.
The Real Housewives of Potomac airs new episodes on Sundays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
