Samuel Jimenez Perez is accused of shooting and killing Rosendo Martinez at a home near Atrisco and Mares. Perez was already being held in a different case from August, where he's accused of shooting Jesus Jimenez at the same house. Detectives arrested Perez when they heard that he admitted to a friend about the shooting. Pretrial detention was granted in that case, and Perez' lawyer said they were not going to fight Friday's motion. Perez is facing first degree murder charges.
