RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Nearly 700 Party City locations will be auctioned off in February, including 19 locations in the state of Virginia. According to A&G Real Estate Partners, the real estate advisor of Party City Holdco Inc. (PCHI), plans have been announced that, as early as next month, a total of 695 Party City store locations will be auctioned off. After operating for almost 40 years, the company is getting ready to shut the doors of 19 Virginia locations, including one Central Virginia location in Colonial Heights.
