PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — As the new year begins, many people set resolutions, from dieting to exercising, but how can we ensure these goals are actually attainable?
After a holiday season filled with sweet treats and relaxation, the new year often brings a chance for a "new you," along with healthier habits and choices.
However, it's common for these goals to fall through within the first month.
Dr. Carla Martin joined 12 News at 4 on Friday to share tips on how to stay on track and maintain those goals throughout 2025.
