SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Friday we learned more about a southwest Minnesota murder investigation. UPDATE: Yankton victim found beheaded Court documents, filed Friday, say a California man known as "no name given" Happy was kicked out of a Windom bar for making gun threats on New Year's Eve. He allegedly returned to the Phat Pheasant Pub a short time later with a knife. Police say he stabbed three people, and one of the men died of his injuries. Today police identified that victim as 30-year-old Ben Matter, of Windom. Happy made his first court appearance today. His next hearing is on January 14th.
